Transferring to Tri County
With the Feeder Export you can type in the Tri-Co abbreviation (TCCC) for the students planning to attend Tri-Co in the next year. You would use this for new students going to Tri-Co - not for current students at Tri-Co. Contact Leigh Ann Leach when all students are entered and ready to be transferred to Tri-Co
Search for a student, Go to Census/People/Feeder Export. Enter the TCCC as the Target School. SAVE
Once ALL students have a code, we will have SEOVEC transfer the student files to Tri-Co. This is a one time shot. AFter the file is created and files are moved to Tri-Co, any additional students will be done on a one by one process.
Go to Ad-Hoc Reporting / Counselor Folder / Tri-Co Export Students
This report will show you the students who have something in the Feeder Export screen. Use this report to double check that you have entered all students AND that you have typed in TCCC correctly.
