Grades report for Principals to View ALL student grades

This report can be used at Interim or end of Nine weeks to quickly view each students courses and GRADES. This can be ran for IN-PROGRESS grades as well as POSTED grades.

Step 1: Student Information/ Reports / Activity Eligibility

Step 2: Choose Grade Level (or ALL STUDENTS) and choose the TERM (nine weeks)

Step 3: Choose the GRADE Option of IN-PROGRESS or POSTED. The Activity course should ALWAYS be ALL and the sort option should be by STUDENT

In-Progress = The current grade in the teachers gradebook. This can be ran at ANY time during the school year.
POSTED= The grade that the teachers has POSTED for Report Cards or Interims

Step 4: Choose the Grading Task.

If you are wanting Interim grades - choose Interim
If you want 9 weeks grades choose ALL of the QUARTERs. You will have to choose the first QUARTER and then hold down the Command button to choose the other quarter.

Step 5: To see ALL grades, make sure there is a check in the ALL scores box. However, if you ONLY want to see students with a D+ or F, unclick the ALL scores box and only put a check in the scores that you want to see.
