The Freshmen Class at Logan High School is collecting new or gently used coats for the Hocking County Inspire Shelter. Collections will begin in first-period classes on January 24-28. The first-period class collecting the most coats will receive a pastry breakfast. Bringing a coat for donation to the basketball games on either January 29 or February 5 will receive a free entry into the game for those dates. For all questions, contact Mr. Eric Harrison at

There are two new billboard designs for the district on 33 between the 93 and 328 exits that were created by Mrs. Atkins' Small Business Management students.
LHS students who have earned over 10 merits, have perfect attendance, or zero missing assignments were rewarded with an activity period. Students could play board games, minute to win it games, basketball, volleyball, and dodgeball.
It's almost here! Don't wait to sign up. Because of how Christmas break fell, we are just now sending out forms for Camp Rah Rah. It will be held on January 12th from 6pm-8pm at the Chieftain Center. The performance will be January 15th during half time of the Varsity game here at Logan High School. Please send in your form, call or email Lisa Snider ASAP with your shirt size so that we can get shirts ordered. Forms will be going home with students this week.
The Key Club at Logan High School helped shop for items to donate to the Embassy Nursing Home Christmas gifts and a Secret Santa Drive.
As a way to give back to the community, the Senior Class Officers adopted two children in need to help this Christmas. Hoping all have a very Merry Christmas!
