LHSD is committed to connecting our students with service opportunities in our community. This is one way our CIP committee, guidance counselors & communications coordinator are coming together to become a community service resource for our students. This partnership with the community is a win-win for all involved. Saturday, June 2, 2018 Event #1 - TROT FOR LIFE 9AM-noon Hocking County Fairgrounds START 8:00 AM; APPROX. END TIME 9:15 AM Set up at fairgrounds, Pop up tents, tables, sound system, work registration table, etc. Event #2 - RELAY Worthington Park, Downtown Logan - NEW LOCATION!! Event is 3:00-11:00pm. They are looking for students to take shifts. START 2:00PM; APPROX. END TIME 3:15PM set up tents, chairs, etc. START 10:00 PM; APPROX.END TIME 11:45 PM place luminaries & tear down at end of event (4-5 Volunteers Requested) Additional Details Re: the organization: Relay for Life -HC is a team-based fundraising walk that benefits the American Cancer Society & this year marks the 21st annual event.
