Student Schedules & the Infinite Campus Portal
Student schedules will be available on the IC Portal beginning on August 11th. Schedules were showing on the Portal for a short time at the beginning of July, right after we rolled our student information system from last school year to this year. It is difficult to schedule over 4000 students in seven buildings, so many changes happen over the summer. By August 11th, most schedules should be finalized.

Picture Day Schedule
It is very important for all students to have their picture taken. These pictures are imported into the district's student information system (Infinite Campus) and also the lunch POS system. Here is the schedule for student pictures this year.

Supply Lists
Here is the Elementary School Supply List, and the Middle School Supply List. These are general supply lists for Kindergarten through 8th grade. Individual teachers may require or request additional items.

School Times
Here are the school times for each building. Make sure to reference the start and end times for the Student Day.

Before & After Care
Due to funding issues, three schools with offer Project SAFE, before & after care; while the remaining schools will offer latchkey, before & after care. Here are more details about this change.

Meal Benefits Application
The Meal Benefits Application is also known as the Free & Reduced lunch application. This form needs to be completed each year, one form for a family. There is now an electronic version of this application available on the Infinite Campus Portal, which can be completed anytime throughout the school year. This new online form is a family application, which means one form is for all students in a family. This online version also gives you some instant feedback on whether or not you qualify. This benefit not only reduces meal costs for parents, it also benefits the district indirectly. The district receives additional funding from many different state & federal resources for every student that qualifies for free or reduced meals. Here is a link to the directions for the Meal Benefits Application.
