LHMS held its second annual Novels with Neighbors event on Thursday, March 2nd. Back in January, eighth graders chose an adult to read a book with during the third quarter. They each read separately, then met up in a relaxed book-club style event at the school. Students had created projects inspired by their books and prepared questions to lead their neighbors through. It was a wonderful evening to see everyone together and discussing literature over cookies and punch!
