UF Elementary School Closing - Water Break By on 4-13-2022 Union Furnace Elementary will be closed today due to a water break. All students will be sent home and parents notified. Roberts-Schein on 12-5-2021 Union Furnace Elementary students spent the past few weeks donating toys to support fallen firefighter and Union Furnace community member, Jeff Armes. Roberts-Schein on 11-19-2020 On Monday, November 23, 2020 students will begin remote lessons until the end of day on December 4, 2020. We will resume in school learning at Union Furnace on December 7, 2020. For remote learning students will bring home a Chromebook, login information, learning materials and their class schedule. Students are practicing social distancing while hopping onto colored dots on the floor. At recess they are enjoying their new individual equipment. Today students practiced using various greetings while wearing a mask. Althought there are new routines, the students are falling into the new routines and expectations. Roberts-Schein on 5-11-2020 On Monday, May 18th Grades PreK-3rd are invited to the Drive Thru Celebration from 12:00pm-2:00pm. 4th Grade and siblings in younger grades can attend the Drive Thru Celebration from 2:00-3:00.
