Project S.A.F.E. 2022-2023 School Year Updates
Before and After Care will be offered at all elementary schools and After Care will be offered at the Middle School. Before begins at 6:30 am at all elementary buildings and after care ends at 5:30 at all buildings. We offer reading and math tutoring, thematic units, mental health counseling, clubs (Tae Kwon Do, Dance, Art, Environment Education, etc), snacks, dinner, and homework help.
The Project S.A.F.E. Program begins Monday, August 22, 2022.
1. REGISTRATION
You must register your child EACH year for Project S.A.F.E. before they can attend.
Registration will occur online this year through our new system, Eyelo.

You will set up a student profile first and then you can access the registration process. After you complete registration, one of our team members will approve the request. Your registration is not finalized until our team approves your request.
If you would like your child to attend Project SAFE on Aug 22nd, it is recommended that you register your child online by August 17th.
2. Students MUST ATTEND A MINIMUM OF 3 DAYS PER WEEK.
3. Every student enrolled in Before Care MUST ATTEND FOR a minimum of ONE HOUR
each day they attend.
Every student enrolled in After Care MUST ATTEND FOR a minimum of ONE HOUR
each day they attend.
Please refer to the following for student drop off/pick up and what entrance to use.
(Parent/Guardian is required to physically enter building to sign student(s) In & Out)

4. TUITION - $10 per week, per child, per service, i.e.
Before Care=1 service & After Care=1 service
4 ways to pay:
(Preferred Method) Payments may be made in the same system as registration (Eleyo) More information to come. First bills will be sent out in September.
Payments can be made by cash or check payable to LHSD, dropped off or mailed to the School Board Office-Project SAFE at 2019 East Front Street; Logan, Ohio 43138.
Payments can also be made calling Shelley McIntosh at 740-385-8517 x 30014
You may alsoSet up Auto Pay through your personal online banking and your bank will automatically process and mail checks as you designate.
Full payment is due the 15th of the month with a 10 day grace period with no exception for your student to attend Before or After Care the following month. There is a 3.95% fee for credit card processing at this time, subject to change.
5. FIELD TRIPS- We offer quarterly field trips for the family residing with the Project SAFE student! You will sign up for our trips with the Family Liaison at your site. Our first field trip is September 3rd to Tecumseh. If you RSVP for a field trip and do not notify us within 24 hours of the event as listed on the information provided, you will be billed for the cost as outlined on the RSVP form. Payment can be made as outlined above and your child cannot graduate until the fee is paid in full.
6. TAX STATEMENTS - Tax Statements for Tuition Paid in 2021 are available on the
Eleyo Website.
