Special Transportation Forms It can take a few days to process these forms. You can drop it off at the transportation office or with your child’s school secretary or email to clehman@lhsd.k12.oh.us.

Permission to drop off without a parent or guardian present Please print and give a signed copy to your child’s bus driver.
