Extended Learning Plan
Submitted by: Extended Learning Plan

During his Feb. 9, 2021, press conference, Governor DeWine asked school districts to share initiatives to address learning that may have been lost or delayed because of Covid-19. He requested that schools and districts design plans to meet the needs of students that could include, but are not limited to, ending the school year later than scheduled, beginning the new year early, or extending the school day. Summer programs, tutoring, or remote options also could be considered. The Logan-Hocking School district has outlined a detailed plan, which highlights our ongoing efforts to help students succeed, as well as new initiatives that will expand on our continued commitment to address educational gaps resulting from the pandemic.
