The Hocking Valley Community Hospital will be offering free sports physicals to all Logan-Hocking School District athletes Wednesday, May 16, 2018, 5pm-8pm, at the HVCH Arts Building. All athletes MUST first set up or update information in Final Forms located on the Logan-Hocking Athletic website, and please remember to print out Final Forms physical form and bring with you.
