Central Elementary 4th grade classes worked through the Scientific Method as they observed cut apples in different types of liquid; vinegar, lemon juice, water, baking soda/water, pineapple juice and milk. This has been a week long experiment. They observe the apples daily and write their findings in their Scientific Method Flip-book. The conclusions will be documented based on their observations, finding that some apples stayed the same and others change and WHY?
