$4500 Awarded to Young Entrepreneurs

Congratulations to the students of the 2017 Logan-Hocking Young Entrepreneurs Academy. Christian Blount, CEO of A Man's Flame; Hailey Kidwell CEO of HMH Photography; Chris Hahn, CEO of Yummy Dippers; and Kelby Primmer, CEO of The Kelby Primmer Band; These students pitched their businesses to nine investors last evening in hopes of obtaining start up funding for their businesses. A total of $4500 was awarded to the students. Since the programs inception 3 years ago, $20,000 has been given in start up dollars to YEA! students. Thank you to this year's investors, Rocky Brands, Hocking College, Hocking County CIC, Century National Bank, Logan-Holl Foundation, The Citizens Bank, Moose Lodge 873, Ohio University Center for Entrepreneurship, Reed & Baur Insurance, Walmart of Logan, and Edward Jones Financial Advisor- Jake Hill.
