In order to protect the health and safety of all students and protect school property, the Logan-Hocking School District requires all volunteers who have access to students in connection with their assignment to submit to a criminal background check (at no cost) as a condition for appointment (limit 2 per KG).

Click below for a Volunteer Application Form and submit the application to the building principal for approval prior to fingerprinting.

Every 5 years volunteers must be fingerprinted. All renewals are to be paid by the volunteer.

Fingerprinting is done at the Board Office located at 2019 East Front Street, Logan. Hours are Monday thru Friday, 7:30 am to 11:30 am, & 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm. Questions can be directed to Keri Kunkler at 385-8517, Ext. 2740.
